Fees will be based on the service contracted to be performed.

Visual Mold Assessment - $250
Price includes:
- Complete visual inspection of the property
- Color photos of any suspect areas to include temperature and humidity readings.
- Moisture mapping of any visual moisture intrusion areas.
- Surface Sampling of suspect area
Residential Mold Screening - $420
Price includes:
- Complete visual inspection of the area of specific concern
- On site consultation by an IESO Certified Residential Mold Inspector (CRMI) trained consultant
- Air Sampling using calibrated sampling pump and spore traps. All air sampling is conducted using anticipated low-level outdoor baseline. A minimum of two air samples should always be taken and are included in this price.
- Analytical services of collected samples utilizing an accredited laboratory analyzing 100% of sample trace at 600 times light microscopy.
- Full data interpretation of analytical results to include summary page indicating if significant indoor levels are reported by laboratory data. (Significant levels reference IESO and ACGIH)
Full House Water Incursion Inspection $495
Price includes:
- Complete visual inspection of exterior and interior of residential
- Color photos of any suspect areas to include temperature and humidity readings.
- Air Sampling using calibrated sampling pump and spore traps. All air sampling is conducted using anticipated low-level outdoor baseline. A minimum of two air samples should always be taken and are included in this price.
- Analytical services of collected samples utilizing an accredited laboratory analyzing 100% of sample trace at 600 times light microscopy.
- Full data interpretation of analytical results. (Significant levels reference IESO and ACGIH)
- Reference report with EPA recommended guidelines for self clean up or referral to an appropriate specialist.
Additional Mold Sampling - $86.00
Air, tape or swab samples taken on-site and then delivered to an AIHA Environmental Accredited Laboratory for analysis and spore count reporting. (Minimum 2 samples.) Standard lab turn-around time is approximately three business days. Rush processing available for additional charge.
